My laptop stopped connecting to the internet and it could not detect any external device either. I was panicked as I did not have backups of my recent work. So, I brought the laptop to PCwhoop. They fixed the issue and saved all my work. Amazing service.

Stay away. Took my computer in for repairs and they returned it 7 weeks later and it won’t turn on. The worst customer service I’ve ever encountered.

Unfortunately no zero star to give this horrible business. They first charge 45+ gst before touching your pc. I paid it then asked me to call after a week. When I called the guy told me they didn't check it yet and asked me to call next day. Next he said he will check it at the end of that day. They told me MAYBE charge input jack is not working. I bought two computers. Each had minor issues, one due to a security program that came with the computer, the other with recognizing usb devices. They corrected all issues quickly and efficently at no extra cost. Also brougt in computer for malware removal.Removing caused issues, they fixed all issues and only charged me for the removal. They fixed created issues in a day at no extra charge.I highly recommend this company.
