I had an inspection done on a townhouse I recently purchased and the amount of information I received about the home was beyond what I expected. Brejesh did such a thorough job! He explained everything in detail so that it made sense to me, and he answered all of my questions. I Highly recommend him for a home inspection!

Brejesh inspected a house before our decision to whether go ahead to buy. We were fully satisfied with his works. His inspection turned up many details that we never thought about before. The walk-through review was thorough, and he make good recommendations and cost estimates for related repairs and improvements. Real review. Brejesh is a 10/10. I'm a first time condo buyer and Brejesh was thorough, clear and straightforward. He was timely: showed up on time, said it would be 1.5 hours and it was. He accommodated my schedule despite having to change times. He found concerns with the parking garage roof and boiler that the caretaker was unaware of. His report are easy to interpret, gave clear recommendations and circled problem areas. He was timely and approachable.
