A Step Ahead Footwear Woodgrove Centre

This footwear store is overly priced and lacks quality. The people that work here lack knowledge in their own products, especially the people running this terrible business.

Had a terrible experience, at the nanaimo location woodgrove. The first time I went in the store to get a size I asked the lady if I could get a size 6 and she ignored me 2 times, than looked up at me and in a rude tone, “NO, only size there is”. Than the second time I went in my sister went to ask for a size and that same lady looked at her and said the exact same thing to her that she said to me, but in an even worst tone. Not happy, never going in there again. Needs new employees. Left upset.

Extremely rude sales clerk. I will NEVER shop in this store again.

Extremely poor customer service. While I love the idea of a step ahead shoes... Great brands, wide selection. I am discouraged by the lack of effort of the owners to be attentive to customer requests and needs. To have my requests brushed off as not available without effort to find what I am looking for and what brands offer the best solution is discouraging. My 3rd attempt will be my last attempt to buy from this company, I will shop elsewhere.
