Prince's Overhead Door

First service experience was at the curling club and our large manual roll-up door was in a bad state. Sheldon and crew were there promptly and installed a new track and then repaired and serviced all the moving parts as needed. The price was reasonable too. I then called last week to book a maintenance service at my house and they were there the next day and installed one new rubber seal at the bottom and lubricated both doors. Price again was reasonable.

Moved roll up door from one out-building to another at the cottage. Framed in the hole... I will finish off in the spring time. Exactly what I wanted. Couldn't be happier - fast, friendly, fair. Professional and knows his stuff. Thanks Sheldon

Had our garage doors installed in 2020. Within a month the frame of the window came apart and the window broke. Contacted Sheldon who said he would replace the window. This still has not happened. We have contacted him on many occasions even was told that we were scheduled for the week of September 13, 2021 and Sheldon never showed up. He has refused to answer any phone calls or reply to text messages.This is the second winter without a window. I would not recommend this company at all.

Service was above and beyond. Clean, organized and thorough, I've recommended to a few of my nieghbours to call this guy if they ever have problems with their doors. Thank you for for your professionalism.

Sheldon was very professional,courteous and knowledgeable. We were extremely happy with the prompt and safe job that was performed on our new house.
