Toilet flush valve replaced - now often needs to be double flushed. Tub surround slashed while removed faucets. No repair offered. Scratched sink faucet while attempting to remove. New tub faucets do not fully shut off, no matter how hard cranked. Was assured the intermittent stream of water was “normal” when I had plumber come back to fix this and the toilet issue. (Which, obviously, were NOT fixed.) I used to think highly of this company and was previously pleased with their work. No more.

I can't say enough about the excellent response and work I had done by Chapman Plumbing and Heating. I submitted a quote for the purchase, delivery and installation of 3 toilets to replace ones that were over 30 years. All interactions with the office were excellent with phenomenal response times. Once we provided the go ahead, the work was scheduled in a timely manner and was done quickly and efficiently. All the work areas were spotless on the completion of the work.

Nearly burnt my house down do to poor quality of work than threated legal action if I didn't pay the repair bill.. Will be contacting TSSA and ESA of their inability to follow simple code requirements
