Frank's Auto Repairs

Booked a 9:00 a.m. inspection appointment a week in advance and drove 30 minutes to get there. When I arrived, I was ignored and then laughed at when I mentioned my appointment. I was told they already had cars on the hoists and wouldn't be able to look at mine for hours. Very rude and unprofessional. If appointments aren't going to be honored, don't book them. I won't be back.
