Sam (Samantha)is the best, she figured out my complicated insurance situation when 5 OTHER BC INSURANCE Brokers could not,she spend over an hour of her "own time" to do it. I was beyond frustrated when I got to her firm. I will NEVER USE anyone else. BCAA's Representive's did it correctly, they did it right the first time, they did it at the right price, and...they did it with a smile. They will have my business until I die.
