We first met Paul four years ago when we were trying to find a daycare facility that would take our two pups ages 9 weeks and 5 years old for a few hours while we attended the funeral of a family member in Orillia. We called on the way up from Toronto and Paul happened to be available and accommodating. He had a litter of Labs around the same age of Forest and he put Forest with his litter. We were very impressed with Paul, the facility and the care the dogs received and have been clients since.

i would never leave my dogs anywhere else. The facility is bright, spacious and most importantly CLEAN. My dogs always come home HAPPY. The owner Maryrose is on site 24/7 and really does treat the dogs like they are her own. :) 5 STARS

This was my first time using this service. They provided house sitting and cat sitting. The sitter (Lynne) was terrific and the cats (who are sometimes shy) took to her instantly. She provided a daily update (via text) of her visits, so I had no worries while I was away. I would you use these folks again and definitely recommend them.

I have been taking my dog Sasha here for the past 12 years. The service and quality of care for your furry member of your family is to the upmost highest standards. I had the BEST experience with Best Boarding Kennel. The owner and staff were eager to please and very accommodating when I had my major spinal surgery. My puppies arrived back at my home as promised. Very well taken care of and they must have been fed well as they actually put on weight.My dogs were clean odor free and happy when they were delivered to my home by the owners. They were very friendly and happy to have helped me during a very trying time. I will continue to use them and recommend

Pinetree Pet Care Centre's services are very convenient. Though we were in China, we were able to communicate with the staff and set up boarding for our grandfather’s dog. They have flexible stay time, kept us thoroughly informed, transported the dog, and updated his vaccinations with a local vet.
