I am a widow who needed to clean the glass BETWEEN my two glass panels in my stove door. I couldn't believe that it was possible but guess what?. The door was lifted, then dismantled and with a little bit of good glass cleaning and reassemble, my stove looks as good a new! OUTSTANDING SERVICE....frances

We were looking at having to get a new washer before we talked to G&H. They advised us that they could repair our old one for less than half a new one and it would last longer too!
For $180 in parts and labour and a half hour’s time, our 13yr old direct drive unit is running like new!
Would recommend to anyone who has a direct drive washer to have it repaired by G&H instead of replacing it with a junk new one!

Glen is one of the most sincere individuals I have ever met in my life, and it takes very little time to learn that he genuinely cares about his clients and puts in the extra effort to ensure his client is happy. There is absolutely something to be said for dealing with a local business. The service we receive at Waterloo Appliance Plus has been outstanding and John and Karen have gone out of their way to take care of us. Given we're shopping for top end appliances for our entire home our decision to listen to the referrals from friends was a very good judgement call on our part. The only place in the city to go to get your appliances!

Our old refrigerator died. We decided to buy a large separate fridge/freezer. After doing some research online we stopped buy to compare prices and were very pleasantly surprised to find not only did they have the unit we wanted in stock, but the floor model was on sale. We saved 33% and they delivered the units within 7 days. Derek, the salesman that helped us, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this store/business.

yesterday i bought a washer and dryer. Taylor at the brick was quickly available to help with the purchase. Tim the store manager, has an applied moral character rarely seen in any business these days. The price of the stove I bought was significantly less than retail, simply because of some very minor scuffs. The delivery men were fast efficient and friendly. I have had several issues/repairs done on my old Montana Van this year. The current head mechanic is excellent. Very knowledgeable and understands keeping an old vehicle running. All work has been done as identified, no upcharges no hassles and the work is done right. The new staff in the Garage is very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I strongly recommend.
