Everyone was very courteous and respectable, very helpful with different ideas. Sergey and his partner had the windows fit perfectly and they cleaned up excellently.
Ivan the salesperson was very professional, comes back and checks on his work, very faithful. I live just outside of Rockyford AB and have recommended Window Mart to my three sisters and their families all living within a half hour drive. Two have already ordered their windows. One has theirs already in and happy. Great experience.

Neil handled my garage door misalignment and replaced the cables and set up the door opener very quickly and works great. Did some changes so the cable wouldnt rub and the whole setup was cleaned and ready to come back if I ran into any troubles, which there have been none. Thanks Neil:)

Such great service…. Thank you for the repair of a crack on our motorhome windshield ….. Literally called and 30 minutes later we were there and they repaired it for us. Thank you so much for the amazing service as we were passing through Cranbrook.

Our home is very old. Because of that we were very picky to choose a company that we are going to work with, and had several estimates and different prices. Last estimate we had was from Vinyl Window Pro. They were very professional answered all of our questions. Installers were very clean, fast, and really professional and the new bay windows look fantastic.. Very happy with the work that was done.

We are seniors and had an unfortunate situation with our upstairs window. We had attempted to clean the windows. As the window was opened fully (which I have found out is not suppose to be done) we were faced with the window haning out with a bent hinge holding it in. We were able to have the window frame repaired in just a few days. I cannot Thank this company enough for their courteous service and efficient workmanship. Our sincere "Thanks"

We just had our one-piece shower repaired by this company today and the results were excellent. They weren't just minor dings, but a horrible amateur patch job (done by previous owner) that needed to be sanded down and fixed.
An hour later, the shower looked brand new and spotless. Very pleased and great attitude!

South West Renovations did a wonderful job of installing a new door and five new windows in our home. We also had South West Renovations install a cedar ceiling above our deck and insulate the attic space above. The job turned out beautifully as well. We had canadian choose windows placed into our trailer in late feb and in order to get there bate picture had to be taken well it took until april 18/18 to have the final pictures taken and now we have to wait another 6 weeks for the rebate,and we were also told at the time of ordering our windows where they were single pane and replaced by triple pane with a rebate of close to 900 -1000 dollars rebate now we have to wait for another 6weeks and were told maybe getting $600. Sad not happy.

I built a new home a few years ago, requiring over 80 windows!. The seal in one of the windows just failed recently and they came out and replaced it free of charge. Their response was timely and the installation went smoothly. Excellent service. Aside from this one window, I've been very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to use their products again.
