I was a bit skeptical about this financial institution when I heard it. However, when I tried to call and apply for a loan, Ms. Diana truly help me even though it was my first time. As a client, she was very informative and well-mannered. And amazing staff also. They know for sure to help other people whoever in need. The Southgate mall location has great customer service once you finally get out of the line (one time i stood at the front of the line for 15 mins straight even though i needed to do quick banking) because the client advisors are very thorough with each customer. I appreciate that but maybe provide some seats? It is so stressful to stand in the lines sometimes. Maybe i should bring my own chair from home.
