Thank you, thank you thank you Jasmine was the one who finally found the problem and I couldn’t be more pleased. We couldn’t figure out where the smell was coming from, and had others out that had thought they had found the reason, but it still wasn’t quite right. Jasmine and her trainee were here about five minutes and found the culprit right away. It was a crack in one of the fittings. They replaced it and now there is no smell, and I am finally safe. Jeff the owner of Comfort Tech did us a solid. After the initial repair he personally involved himself in a subsequent failure in our heat pump. It was removed from premises and promptly returned repaired and functional in two days. The second failure was independent of the first, however the fees amounting to several hours worth were entirely waived. I was most impressed with the workmanship and the care taken to install my new furnace. My old furnace had a hodgepodge of connections to my forced air system. This was all stripped out and a custom connection replaced all the old system. The work was done in a timely fashion and my new system is working wonderfully well..
