Good service procided in 955 queen st west. Concierge, nice amenities, building cleanliness. The staff always great us with their kimg smiles and friendly attitude. They're very understanding and professional people. without a doubt, I'd definitely recommend Goldview.

My wife and I just moved into a new condo that is managed by Mareka and I have to say that they are very efficient. The day that we moved in the property manager, Mary, made sure that we had a copy of the building's rules and regulations. She was also very welcoming and was able to answer all of our questions. Very impressed already.

New tenant to one of the buildings Linwood manages near don mills n Lawrence. I am happy to say my first two months here had been very pleasant. The staff is responsive and professional. Ive lived in a Frastell managed building for the past 8 years and I can say with 100% honestly that they are an amazing landlord. They are constantly looking to better the building and help us feel more comfortable in our own home. They offer a very personal service and their team is always willing to help. They also contribute a lot to the community by hosting several fundraisers a year. I would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment to seriously consider a Frastell managed building.
