I have been using this business since it opened (20+ years). I just had my car in for an In and Out car wash today and was once again impressed with their attention to detail and their excellent customer service. They have recently updated their operation. Are you friendly and courteous bunch of staff. I brought in my 2009 Jeep Wrangler and they did a very good job on the detail. Overall the place was a little bit dark on the inside but I was happy with the job.

I called them on a Tuesday in a rush when I found out the lease end inspection on my 2012 BMW X3 was just 2 days away. I wanted the car to look impeccable and needed a full exterior and interior detail STAT. Owner told me they were booked for the week, but that if I would pay a tiny bit extra he'd keep a guy overnight to detail my car.
Seriously?
That's some Ritz Carlton level service right there.
I brought the car in the next morning and waited for magic to be done. Excellent experience!

Would Recommend to Everyone!
I took my car in last week after the winter months, and I was so pleasantly surprised by how amazingly clean it got. I've been to many other detailing shops, before I was referred here, and I have to say by far this place did the best job-my car looked brand new. I was very fornuate today that the owner ( i think he was) was at the carwash today. I have always used Kerman because the soap is the BEST and the water is warm... but today I was frantically looking for my credit card which he tried to help me find (BTW I found it inside my car) he also noticed that my vehicle needed brushing to remove the film and it worked!!!! Thank you for your kindness and I always and will always recommend Kerman and I will not forget what you did for me today.

I have nothing but good things to say about the spa. I came to the spa a couple years back with my Range. My husband said I destroyed the vehicle. I had little scratches here, needed a good cleaning and also my bumper was a little pulled out. They did an amazing job!! Car came out brand new!!! I was very pleased with everything .I always bring my car there for the littlest things now and so does my family!! Staff are very friendly and very good with timing.
