I had spark plugs replaced and an engine oil change on my European car. Steve's Auto also recently changed my transmission oil, serviced all my car's fluids and tire needs. They were able to handle various leaks in the complex ABC system. The owner was very creative to find a way to fix my broken glove box and that alone saved me over $3000 CAD. Again, these guys really know their stuff. I brought my 2006 Land Rover LR3 in because both my rear brake lines were corroded and starting to leak. Kirk and his team repaired both lines, did a brake fluid flush, and inspected all my flexible brake hoses to make sure they were in good shape. All this for a fair price. A couple years ago I stopped by Lou's to get a cost estimate to repair some minor paint damage to the rear of my car caused after backing into a steel cable. Other estimates I received were in the $2000 to $3000 range. Lou's thought the damage could mostly be "polished out" and immediately went ahead and tried that. Sure enough, that worked very well and I was more than satisfied with how it looked. It impressed me that they would find a way to repair the damage at a lower cost...right away. Lire plus

Several months ago I had to get a mirror replaced on my old Toyota. They took me right in, got me to my work, and had the mirror installed by end of day. Great job. I had to get some scratches and dents removed on my brand new Mazda last month. They did an excellent job. I had another little incident in the same spot and they fixed it for free!
