I began physiotherapy 3 months ago after a humerus fracture requiring surgery. Before attending physio, I felt beyond hopeless like I would not get any better (no range/strength in my arm). Three months later, it’s my last day and I find it a little hard to say goodbye. Every single employee - physiotherapists & receptionists alike have been beyond amazing to me. RMT Movement is the first massage therapy clinic I've been to that truly cares for your overall health. They give you stretches and post-care advice that you can do at home so that you can continue to heal and improve in between visits.
While chatting with one of the owners and therapists, I was very impressed to hear about the continuing education they do to stay on the cutting edge of their practices, along with keeping up with the latest (and expensive) equipment. See for yourself! The best!

European Massage & Physio Therapy Center is the best physio I have ever gone to. They took me in quick, staff is friendly and booking is easy. I absolutely appreciate the booking process, you receive a call to confirm appointment and a text message 2 hours before. Facility is very clean and tidy. Staff makes you feel very comfortable and welcomed. Physio therapists are amazing in making sure you understand procedures and treatments and explain how the mechanics work which is very useful as well
