Lana was the only one who put us on a waiting list and then actually called us when a unit came available. She is amazing! We loved that our wordly possessions were secure and in a clean facility. I just returned to this location to rent a storage unit, having dealt with them a few years ago they were the first ones I thought of when circumstances arose where we need storage for our business again.
It was wonderful to see the same staff there, (I think owners)that were there before, and same great service. Always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, made my decision and everything very easy.
I highly recommend this location to anyone that appreciates good service. Glenn

incredible company small but extremely well run. Had major issues with my builder as they kept changing closing dates causing us all kinds of difficulty. Fosters was amazing looking after all the last minute screw ups caused by the builder. They had been very understanding and would be on top of all our date changes without any hassle. The move itself with pickup storage and moving in was clean professional and 1st class. I will use Fosters again if and when we have future moves.

And the moving team were outstanding - Chad and his team were the best. I was very pleased with the helpful and courteous staff at Adams Uptown Storage. Also the site is very clean, dry and secure. I had no qualms about leaving my belongings in their care. Although the restricted hours of access may be off putting to some people, but that added to my sense of security.

They have always been very good and friendly to us.
There maybe rats/mice, but we haven't encountered any and we've had a 10x24' unit for about six years.
There are rat traps spaced outside the doors approx every 70 ft, so it appears to be doing its job.
We are very happy with the service.

Highly recommend these guys to take care of your moving needs. They just moved my entire home in March 2016 and it was a very positive experience from the start. Placing an order was a quick and easy, they even responded to my e-mails on Sunday! A night before the move, the guys called to let me know when they are coming. Showed up on time and with smiles, complete the move without any delay (even quicker then estimated)and were very courteous and friendly. I will use this company again &again!
