This was my first visit to this location but not my first experience with Optiks International. Their service and selection are always great but the Langley staff really out-did themselves. Couldn't help me enough. I am a very happy shopper.

The staff were very helpful and informative, which was great as it was my first eye appointment. They took the time to help me pick out a great pair of glasses and answered all my questions. I was there on a Saturday and got a call my glasses were ready the following Friday.

This is by far the BEST optometry clinic I have ever been to and I have worn glasses for over 30 years! The doctors are extremely knowledgeable and pleasant and take the time to explain everything so thoroughly. I will never need to search for another clinic again!

My glasses were scratched and the store where I got them from was a bit out of the way so I took them to this place for new lenses. The price was a bit less than what Superstore would have charged. I prepaid the invoice and left my glasses there. To my surprise, when I picked them back up they told me the cost came out a bit less than what they thought and gave me a refund of the difference. What an honest shop!
