My husband, daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Parkway.We were there for 4 nights from July 4-8. The staff was very helpful and friendly and our room was very comfortable and clean. We only had breakfasts in the hotel restaurant and found it very good. One of the indoor pools was being repaired so we did not see it. The other pool (Sheraton section), however, was crowded on the nights we were there. This might have been because the other pool was closed, I guess. All in all, a great hotel! Lire plus

Tonight’s dinner was amazing! Zaina (sorry if spelled wrong) was an amazing friendly, professional and down to earth server. Truly a pleasant night! The atmosphere on the patio was great! While Zen is our favourite Japanese Restaurant, my boyfriend and I have enjoyed dining here for their enoki maki (thin slices of beef wrapped around enoki-Japanese mushrooms). Their nigiri and sashimi while delicious is not a priority for us to order as they serve very thin small pieces for the price you pay. We have also had their sukiyaki (we cook ourselves on the table) and it is large enough for 3 people, although much more expensive ($60 for 2 people which includes rice and raw egg for dipping) than other restaurants where we have enjoyed the same. The sukiyaki comes traditionally (as they served), with slices of thin sukiyaki beef, tofu, Chinese cabbage, green onion, oyster mushrooms, shitake mushrooms and regular mushrooms, transparent thin noodles and onion. Their broth was excellent-not too sweet. A great meal to have on a cold day. Lire plus

I often go here for lunch since I work nearby. The Japanese chef is very friendly and welcoming. I've had an incredibly pleasant experience every time just being in this quiet and calm restaurant (although every once in a while it's absolutely full with a lunch crowd!) I like the sushi, salmon nigiri in particular, and their uni is very very good. They don't carry toro at all, by choice. Squid, scallop, hamachi, all great. Rolls are very lovely presented. Everyone I've ever taken with me to this place has enjoyed it, whether they were sushi-addicted like me or just into it once in a while. I'm definetly going back. Lire plus

I woke up yesterday to flooding in my basement and immediately googled Flood restoration in the GTA. The first company that came up was 5 Start Cleaning. I called the line and Bob diligently instructed me on how he was going to remove the water from my basement. His crew arrived 20 minutes later and worked on my basement all morning. Jenna, our server, made the experience so enjoyable! We had a retirement dinner last night. We were provided with a wonderful description of the menu. A lot of laughs. Jenna has a level 3 Sommelier course, if you are interested in Wine. She’s Greek, so loves lamb! But watch out, she’s pretty witty having a Bachelor degree Psychology.
