We recently moved to Surrey so we were excited when we heard about this restaurant in our area and thought we'd give it a try. Oddly, we saw some gift certificates for it at Holt. We paid about $75 for $100 in gift certificates, so it seemed like a great way to get a discount on dinner. Dinner was great - we took the advice of friends and both had tenderloin steak that came with amazing garlic mashed potatoes - yummmm!!! I had a fantastic martini on recommendation of our server - it was a sour apple. I find some restaurants have watered down martinis, but this one definitely wasn't - it was just perfect. Our service was just good. Not terrible, but certainly not close to downtown high-end restaurant quality the night we were there. Having said that... this isn't a downtown high end restaurant - so if you go in with the right expectations, its a great night out. We'll definitely be back... and if I see Holt gift certificates again, I'll be picking them up. You might want to ensure you make a reservation too. Lire plus

The restaurant was near the hotel, and a friend of mine recommended us to go, so we did. First, we were a big party, but we didn't had to wait for a table. Service wasn't bad, but there are things that i would change, the waitress refilled every drink when she wanted without asking and without saying that the refill wasn't free. Over to the food, it was well cooked, as ordered, tasty and it was worth the price, the amounts where for grown up adults, not for kids like in most places. As we where a big party, the only table that was available for us, was at the bar, but the ambience was good, the music level was bearable. Lire plus

This is the only place to go in Vancouver area for real Fish and Chips. Chips are golden brown and crispy! Halibut is like a chicken breast; covered in homemade batter that is nicely done. I find their Malt Vinegar to be a great flavour; some other Fish and Chips outlets serve a cider vinegar which in my estimation just does not 'cut it':. service has always been great; quick and friendly. located in downtown Steveston! Earl's has consistently good food and service in a fun (legs showing) and comfortable atmosphere. You get great value for your money, and that's why we go back again and again. That and the blondes in heels. This is our favourite Earl's. Parking is easy in the small free parking lot or in the metered spaces nearby. Love the girls eating there too. I have family in Chilliwack. We decided to go out to eat, so we stopped by Bravo. As soon as we stepped in, we were met with extremely welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Steak is my favorite food, so naturally I went with the ribeye. As someone who has been to many steakhouses in Vancouver, the ribeye I had at Bravo was bar-none the best steak I have ever had. I can say that with 100% confidence. If you are in the Chilliwack area, you must go to Bravo. Lire plus

August 11, 2020. my 15 year old grandson and his 14 year old girlfriend went for dinner tonight to celebrate their first anniversary. I called the restaurant and asked the manager to try and make the evening special for them. The staff did a wonderful job and they both enjoyed their evening. They have a good standard menu. My friend loves her BC beef burger and I decided to try the ribs for a change. It was fine and served with coleslaw and potato salad. Lots of booth seating or tables. Not loud so you can hear yourself talk except for the odd child being a little noisy. The service was good especially if you go early evening when not busy just yet. We finished it odd with a sizeable brownie served with ice cream which did the sugar trick. Lire plus

I was our first visit to this neighbourhood pub. It is a small restaurant with low ceilings and panelled in dark wood. The seating is very comfortable. The menu is small, however it offers something for everyone. We tried their signature dish "Oyster po' boy" ($15). It is served with a roasted tomato soup drizzled with rich basil oil.
