I've visited this place several times, and is probably my favorite small/casual restaurant. Each and every experience I've loved, except the hot dog (Thick, spicy and more of a sausage). Feb.24 was my birthday and we celebrated it at Dream Catchers. Rosanne and Mike treated us like royalty. Everything was perfect the food, the service, the atmosphere! We stopped in on our way home from CB .I sat close to the drive through window area and observed the lady making the coffee for the window and was amazed .She not only made coffee continually cleaned the area ,made coffee in pots ,and she took a minute to sweep the floor and never missed a beat ,What a amazing worker you have there ,She put to shame some of the younger ones there. ,We were there Sunday Nov. 13 early afternoon .I really think this lady needs to be recognized for all her hard work Lire plus

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. We first tried it on our way through Pictou and ended up choosing them to cater our wedding. Camille was incredibly helpful, kind, and thorough throughout the process. On the wedding day her staff were prompt and so kind to all of the guests. They were so helpful and assertive where needed! They even cut the cake for us when we had originally had planned to do so. Overall the experience was incredible, not to mention how affordable it all was. Lire plus

My wife saw the restaurant while driving through New Glasgow. We decided to try it for dinner as it seemed to offer something a little different. The restaurant is a converted Victorian style home. The restaurant was almost full when we got there so we knew this was a good sign. I ordered the Smoked salmon appetizer ($10) and got three heatlhy portions of salmon on potato pancakes. My wife ordered a nice looking salad. Since the restaurant is German, we opted for the Bavarian mushroom schnitzel, breaded pork loin with a mushroom Crème sauce served with spaetzle ($22). The schnitzels were cooked perfectly and the portions were very generous. We paired the entrees with a nice pinot noir from New Zealand. The wine list had a good selection of wines of different price ranges. The ambience was wonderful. We did not feel rushed, nor did it take forever to get the food. The staff were attentive and we really enjoyed the experience...can't wait to get back here again. Lire plus
