We went there for nice dinner during winterlisious 2012. Overall restaurant is very busy but cozy and romantic. Our server was running around in hurry and as a result during entire evening mixed up who ordered what, since it was only two of us it was ok to switch. Food Overall was very good: My appetizer was yumm and so is my the other person, soft deep fried calamari was excellent. Chicken skewers were moist and sauce was perfectly spicy. For the main dish disappointment arrived, all main dishes come with rice and stir fry. Stir fry was the WORST I have ever tried, super hard giant pieces of cabbage+ raw zucchini made it unpleasant both on taste and texture. Main dish of red curry was excellent and rice was perfectly done. Basil beef was amazing (properly the softest piece of beef I have ever tried in my life). Desserts were good too my mango-chocolate mousse cake was heavenly and banana fritter had amazing crunchy but sweet coating on it . Lire plus

Signature dish !!! Don't miss it !!! It wasn't on the menu when I first started going there 20 years ago but somehow word got out.......what a bummer ! You will never taste anything like it. We tried this spot for our Anniversary. We were lucky and ended up getting a spot st the bar without reservations. We had booked at another restaurant but due to the power outage they were closed. Anyways, happy mistake finding Patois. The food was AMAZING and the service and cocktails were pretty fantastic too!!! We ordered a lot of food, I just wanted to try it all. My fav was the crispy pork belly, jerk chicken, and dirty rice. I can’t wait come back again to try more off the menu. Lire plus

The service here is great. I'm obsessed with the Singaporean-style slaw to the point where I've drove across the city just to get it as take out.
