Let me start by saying that Venus was great! She made the entire process super easy and attended to all my concerns until I was satisfied. If anyone is looking to hear better she's the person to go to! She genuinely cares, and it is noticeable that her concern is to make her patients feel comfortable and satisfied. This place is great. The staff are helpful and happy, I couldn't ask for better service really. Got my ears checked which was pretty cool with the sound proof tank. Custom ear plugs were cost effective. Which have been one of the best investments I've ever made. Highly recommend this clinic!
