This clinic is by far the best customer service i ever experienced. On my first appointment, several practitioners sat with me and we discussed together about how they could optimize my recovery...and they did!!

I have been going to other physio places with no progress for years with hip problems and recently a shoulder problem and improvement right away they work as a team to fix the problem and make you feel much better,and most importantly spend the time with you. I wish I would of known of this place long time ago and would highly recommend it .Thanks to Guido,Nav,and Sarah.

Great Service immediate phone back very flexible times.... they helped me get through my sport injury quickly all the exercises were easy to do at home and the treatments helped me get back to my normal self.... I have also recommended my mother to go here when she unexpectedly got Bells Palsey and they were familiar with this and were able to get her in quickly and start treatments... they have ensured me that she will be taken care of and so far (only 2 visits in) they have helped her emensly!

I changed 3 places already and Balanced Body is the best! I am using their services for the past 3 years and I love it. They really helped my back with doing following: massage, laser and electro shocks.

The staff is courteous and professional, they definitely know what they are doing! I have had neck pain for over 2 years and during my initial assessment, Dr. Ismail was very thorough in explaining his approach with my treatment. I am 15 years old and am very happy to have found Courtney at SOS! The physiotherapy treatment and education that I received from Courtney was awesome. She figured out the problem quickly and started treatment in the first appointment. My knee is 100% better and I know the exercises to do to prevent the problem from coming back. She is very knowledgeable,friendly and does not waste time. Her fitness level is inspiring! The office staff are very nice as well. I would highly recommend SOS!

I signed up for Kw counselling on my own. I don't regret going with this place for 1 second. I did walk-in for a few weeks. Then I decided to get my own therapist. I never thought I would recover from what I was going through. I have recovered so much. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody going through rough times. I have been coming for 1 year now. The therapists are wonderful here.
