I have used Randy's services twice. A year ago my garage door opener stopped working. The instructions to reactivate the new opener did not make sense. Randy got it working in minutes. Recently I got a particularly bad virus virus on my new computer. He was able to clean it up. He noted that my old computer CPU was running very hot and the speed was being throttled because with time the original thermal compound had degraded. My MacBook Pro for a few months, it was getting slower and slower and not connecting properly. I brought it in to the shop, they looked at it for three minutes and made a diagnosis, walked me through what to do in two minutes, I went home and did it and I was all set! They could have easily told me to leave it there for a few hours and I would’ve been none the wiser and would have paid to get it fixed, but that didn’t even occur to them.
