recently had an issue with side window on chevy hhr.went down halfway and stopped.I noticed the sign on victoria park gentleman was just finishing a vehicle.He did a quick check then pulled the door panel and noticed a slight bend on the track,straightened it put panel back on and told me to have a great day.Although it took only a few minutes his experiance and customer service will encourage me to return and recommend this location in the future. thanks dc

Driving home from the cottage my wife noticed a stone chip in the windshield of my new truck. We remembered hearing the big crack! on the way up. I called Coventry and was delighted to learn he would drive to me. Upon inspection he asked what the problem was and I showed him the stone chip. He said "do you mean this tree sap" - I was shocked and embarrassed. Kevin did not want any payment whatsoever. Who does this in today's world? Total trust & integrity. Please support him!

Mike was quick and efficient. He took care of the service requirements promptly. He was Friendly and extremely courteous. He Knew exactly why I was there and made arrangements to have the glass repaired expeditiously. He knew I was on a time crunch and made every effort to repair and send me on my way.
Its very rare this type of service is delivered in this industry, I have had experiences where it tool longer than expected, but not at Speedy Auto glass. They mean what they advertise!

Apple Auto Glass Thornhill has been absolutely professional while dealing with all of my cars over the past 12 years. I have found them courteous and caring about doing the job right. Excellent, quick, affordable, professional service! I got a massive bull’s eye rock chip while commuting. It was too early for any glass repair place to be open but I took a chance and called Alvin’s Auto Glass. He answered, and arranged for a mobile repair several hours later while I was at work. My windshield needed replacing and I had done a lot of research to get quotes. I had cheaper quotes but decided to go with Vision Glass b/c I felt a better level of comfort they are a reputable business than some of the others. They were extremely professional and I felt confident that the job was being done properly, with high quality materials. Auto Glass repair shops are a dime a dozen and from reading reviews many come off sketchy (cash deals, cheap glass, leaks). You get what you pay for!
