Franz has made our car owning/driving days a complete pleasure for over four decades. His knowledge of German automotive engineering is unparalleled. He has supported our adventures with a range of vintage Benzes and Bimmers [Sedans, Wagons, SUV, Coupe] and has never let us down. In our interactions he has consistently been professional and dependable. A rare and valued relationship.

I hit a snag on a crazy week and broke an axle just before hitting the 401. Darla got me booked in immediately and Tom and company got me fixed up quickly and professionally. The price was far less than I had feared and these folks got my whole week back on track from its rocky start. Very grateful to have been referred to them by my regular mechanic (who also relies on them for his own work!)

Natalie and her team are fantastic. I have no relationship with this company other than my repair. If you want the job done correctly this should be your first choice.

We have been customers of Charmichael's for years and believe them to be the most honest and fair repair service around. My son who lives in Montreal relayed the following: "My band was heading to Hamiton to play a Friday night gig when our van broke down on the 401 while passing through Kingston. The tow truck driver piled us into his truck and took us to Charmichaels where we received the best service! They fixed our van and we were able to make our Hamilton gig on time! "

I bought a battery for my large SUV there two years ago, it was 1/3rd of the price of the same battery at CT, and he installed it as well. I have brought this to the attention of several friends of mine who have needed batteries, all were very satisfied, and saved money. I will be going there to buy my boat battery!

Went in for a value added oil change special and service / prices were so good that I dealt with some other issues that I had figured my Honda was having as well. In and out in great time and staff was very professional & courteous. They explained all options in terms I could understand with no pressure. I will be back!

Came to this store from out of town with a coolant issue. They were really busy but took the time to ask me what was wrong and offered for me to bring my car in to have a look at it but couldn't guarantee they could fix it right away. In a couple of hours they had fixed the problem and very reasonably as well. FANTASTIC customer service at this location.
