Washed up at Lou's after the alternator on my truck failed EB on the 401. Carlos and Tony could not have done more. Clearly they were already fully booked, but in order to get me back on the road to Ottawa as quickly as possibl they went over and above. Courteous and competent. The cost was certainly reasonable as well. I cannot say enough in favour of these guys. Lire plus

This shop was amazing to deal with after I had a car accident this winter. They repaired the bumper and front end of my Mercedes and it looks even better than when I bought it. The repairs were done within two days and they even washed and detailed my car - it feels like brand new again! The team communication was great - Tony, Dave, and the lovely receptionist all were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the process incredibly easy. Can't recommend the shop enough! Lire plus
