I would recommend that your service technician come out and actually speak to the customer when the job is finished! I had questions that weren’t answered and your front service lady did not offer to help me resolve it either! She answered with a I don’t know ? So I would have liked to have talked to the technician regarding my question.

To Sheldon and his staff @ Mikasa auto, just wanted to say a big thank you for your excellent service and professionalism. Had an issue with my van going into limp mode all the time and an issue with a rattle in my suspension. Fixed both issues and a few extra things that were muchly appreciated for no extra charge. They went above and beyond for me and on a side note they fixed the suspension which was an error on another shops work (won’t mention any names) that refused to honor their workmans

They were able to work on my car when every other shop gave up and suggested that I brought it to the dealership. When everyone else who was willing to work on my car, gave me a crazy expensive quote, Rich’s Garage had my back and got the job done for less than half what everyone was charging! Talking with George, the mechanic, you can tell he takes pride in his work. don’t see myself needing to take my car anywhere else from now on.

I cant say enough good things about the service Ive had here. Someone sketched my wife's CX9 in the parking while she was shopping. Luckily it was only a paint damage but still a damage. After some diligent research I ended up at Jesus's shop and showed him the problem. After walking me through his professionally equiped shop and showed me his work he looked up the model in a minute and provided me with an estimate instantly. I made an appointment with him for the next business day and he took care of the car. I can't even see where the damage was. The quality of his work is second to none, his demeneur is of the highest grade of professionalism and his pricing was in line with the level of work he needed to do. I brought my car in due to someone hitting the rear bumper of my car. tails lights shattered and the bumper was a mess as well. my insurance gave me a list of places to go to and chose Carstar because it was close to my work. staff were very accommodating and response is quick! the place itself is neat and tidy. my car was finished 2 days prior to the expected date which was a major bonus points to the autobody refinishers! i will definitely recommend going to Carstar for any car issues
