I've been using Master Mechanic for several years. They do a good job overall, and are honest. They have provided me with some good advice on how to keep my old car going, and have kept their opinions realistic. What ever hic-ups occur, they work to resolve such issues.

I got the best service today and it was free! I was today by another mechanic that I need to change my rear brake and quoted a high price for just labour. Called master mechanic to book an appointment to change my brakes. I was told that they would check it first before changing the brakes but I was sure the brakes was poor because of what I was told before at the other shop. I was called to come pick up my car and told nothing was wrong with my brakes both rear and front brakes were very good!!

a few years back I had a 2000 ranger exhaust repaired at the Fairway location and for 40$ never had an issue again , today I had my 2002 Ranger repaired including a new muffler , not only was the price great but the treatment & speed at was exceptional . Nowadays' many shops take advantage of customers to get rich on each,but you and your team have won me over for life thru simply being open,honest & fair...repeat customers appears to me to be your desire , and you have that from me !!!

Right from the first phone call and talking to Vivian, she explained to me that one of their expert technicians will verify the concerns with my vehicle for free. They then provided me with a couple different options to repair my vehicle. Ultimately we whent with a rebuild for the simple fact that their warranty is good nationwide!
