They dropped off a 20 tonne load of free wood chips. They followed the instructions exactly. Really appreciate that. They were polite, quick, did no damage and cleaned up before they left. The chips were decent quality. A little bit finely chipped. We have had more than a hundred tonnes of chips dropped off from many different companies. These guys are among the top 3. Good job.

Arbor Barber replied promptly to my phone call, came when they promised to give me a (reasonable) quote and did the job quickly and professionally and cleaned up completely. I would highly recommend Rayner and his company if you need tree professionals.

Prompt, professional tree removal… everything done from the air with scissor arm and cherry picker truck...sawyer and groundcrew very safety conscious... Face screens, hardhats, ear protectors... had a large, scary 60-foot tree and they removed it beautifully. Branches chipped... blocks cut to manageable sizes, stacked neatly if requested, or they will haul them away if you prefer. Yard and alleyway raked, debris all removed. Very good tree removal service. Do yourself a favor, call Nick’s!

They trimmed a large maple tree away from the roof with care, removed a ginkgo tree and cut the stump as low as possible, trimmed several cedars, and pruned a cherry tree to allow more light into the garden beds. Thanks so much to the Riteway team that came out and took a tree down that was hanging dangerously over our house after an ice storm . They came promptly at 8 PM at night and took our tree away and cleaned up all the mess from the storm we had .. love that they answer the phone after 5 PM, we phoned a few others and got answering machines .. great job ! I found this company to be very unsatisfactory. When given quote was told he had taken pictures to send to his employees so they would know what to do: told he would be there when they start: told they would be here at 9 am; intimated everything would be ground up. Came at 10:10without him no pictures and ground up very little and may of logs over3 feet long. How do you split them??

I had a dangerous tree leaning over my house and garage and was worried it might fall towards the house. Dead branches had already caused some serious damage after wind storms. When I called in my main concern was getting it down safely without damaging my house, garage, and pathways. Tyler walked me through the process of rigging and lowering manageable sections slowly down to the ground and to safety. They worked all day taking it down and away bit by bit. Great service!
