The staff was not only friendly, patient and accommodating, they were very competent and had great attitudes !! Ken, Jason and Moe worked together and were able to arrange for my daughter to get her tire replaced and installed immediately after her car was vandalized. She requires her car for her job and they took excellent and immediate care of her and her vehicle. Their prices are very reasonable as well !! As a female I was concerned where to take my car for repairs. I was told Mark and the Staff at Tirecraft were trustworthy and take pride in every job, big or small. This turned out to be 100% correct. Their complimentary shuttle is convenient, and while waiting to pick up my vehicle enjoy fresh coffee as well as a friendly smile from Management and Staff. Drove in, no appointment Got my vehicle in with a leaking back tire. Got me in and out in under 1/2 hour, Repaired the tire, cleaned off the rim and seal areas, new valve stem and $50!!! Great value. Kal Tire Downtown Edmonton was amazing!! Ive never been there before and they fixed my tire for free and replaced all my tire air hose caps. Everyone was so nice, very professional and I will definitely be buying my tires from them. Lire plus
