When a friend told me to get a Macbook I didn't know where to start. I knew nothing about them. I also knew I couldn't stand all the frustrations I was having with my PC. I looked up in Yellow Pages who to go see. They put me at ease by showing me just how easy to use they were. Have been going there for 6 years. Have never been disappointed. When it was in my best interest to upgrade or repair, I got great advice. When I actually needed a faster computer for new tasks, I was given great advice about what to get. Always seems to understand what I need to know and what would be information that is too complicated for me. Explains in a way I need to hear.

The hard drive on my MacBook Air was compromised over the weekend. Being very concerned for the loss of my files, Virginia was extremely helpful in easing my stress when deciding to do a recovery procedure for my MacBook Air. The technicians were also very knowledgeable and worked rapidly to solve this problem for me. Aside from my files being recovered and I was also instructed on the best back-up solution to avoid this problem in the future. Overall, I highly recommend Outpost2.
