Rick and his crew recently executed a stucco project on the wall of our lower level Edwardian home. Stucco was the ideal option to cover the unsightly patch-job brickwork from the home's former life. Using ornate moulding exactly as per my design, the team recreated my vision to enhance and update the look of our home. The stucco also added insulation for warmth since it is on the north wall. In addition, the crew gave our grotesquely black painted agarage a new coat of ivory stucco with a gorge

These guys are amazing! They do such a great job in their work that I couldn't recommend them enough. They did a basement bathroom reno for us and there were lots of unexpected issues but they took them all in stride, gave us an amazing outcome and were thoroughly pleasant throughout. Great attitude, excellent workmanship and just a pleasure to have around.

There are people that have a hammer and tool box that call themselves contractors. Than theres Frank. The REAL DEAL. We paid a little more but it was worth every penny. No stress, solid work, reliable and truly a kind person to work with. We will never need another contractor but I biggest worry is getting him back because he is so busy and just that good.

Rose Building Group did a complete renovation of our basement, including family room, laundry room including a 3 piece bath, tool room and under the stairs storage, followed by a main bathroom remodel and Mold remediation in the attic during April through June of 2019.
Matthew and his team were a pleasure to work with throughout the process. All of His trades were professional and friendly, and the standard of workmanship is very high. We will be using Rose Building Group again.

I recently bought a Thomasfield home in Grand Valley. The house was about 3 years old and I was unaware of the previous history of the home and repairs made by the original owner. Soon after moving in, I noticed a few puddles in the basement. Thomasfield responded very quickly, took the time to find all the leaks, reconstructed the back side of my house, and repaired all damage within the house. These men were kind, consistent, determined, and would not leave until I was satisfied. Very pleased!

We had water in our basement, Domenic came out and routed out the source of the leak. He gave us options and we decided to correct the problem from outside. He came in to complete a full waterproofing and weeping tile replacement. He was very professional and detail oriented his philosophy was do it right the first time.
