This is by far the best comprehensive auto repair shop i have underwent I initially started testing their service with an engine oil change of my 05 Impala and i was afforded critical information without charge plus a quality referral which saved me thousands in repair costs which other repair shops would recommend for a fee. Jim and team had been excellent, honest and upfront my impala was serviced runs properly and now i added a whole fleet of 3 more vehicles for them as i've transferred servc

These guys are incredible!!!!! Very outgoing, Friendly I made me feel like an important customer even though I was just there to get a headlight changed. It has been a very long time since I’ve been to a business in which their customer service was outstanding. I will definitely be taking my car to them for any repairs from now on I highly recommend anyone and everyone to please go see them you will be extremely satisfied

Dealing with Brendon, the appraiser made the whole experience simple and stress free. The repair was done on time and an excellent job. The day I picked up my vehicle, Brendon took me for a tour of the complete body shop stages. ( very clean and organized ) 100% RATING. Would recommend Horton Auto Body and Paint with my complete satisfaction. Dave S. (Lexus )

Great guys. When I got my oil changed, I was told I needed a seal replaced in my power steering. This guy showed me i did not need a seal. And it was just oil dripping from my oil filter onto my rack and pinion. These guys at the right price auto are honest. I am definitely going back there the next time I need a mechanic.

Top notch customer service! I needed a battery replaced but unable to get my car boosted/started to get there. They offered to come to me to get it up and running so I could get it there. In the end it had to be towed. But they got the work done in record time as I had my vehicle back before the end of day. Thank you and your crew!

I’ve been going to Jiffy Lube for oil changes since I’ve been driving (over 10 years) and have always had great experiences. The staff always go above and beyond. Today I went in to get my tail lights replaced and the guy that helped me came out to my vehicle and changed it while I waited outside of the shop, when I was going to grab my wallet he said “Because it’s Friday, it’s on me, have a great weekend” and walked away. Made my week! Thank you for your generosity! Highly recommended.
