They provide the gift of sight to the financially challenged. Before I rose above the poverty line, Lenscrafters gift of sight program for glasses when I was down and out and without a home. I went in to buy a new pair of prescription glasses and Sunny was a great help; he was extremely knowledgeable and made recommendations based on my needs. SNV mainly stocks higher end fashion frames but I was moreso looking for middle of the range frames. Regardless, I felt like a valued customer and had a positive purchasing experience. Wow! That's all I can say after my first visit to the Victoria store; wow! I was a little over whelmed when I walked into the store but I was greeted by a nice young man named Neil who helped me out the whole way. He was very honest about what he thought looked good and what didn't! In the end I am so pleased with my purchase. Will be back!
