Ed and the gang are super. great service and always took the extra time to ensure my plan would cover my meds. i moved to downtown Toronto 2 years ago and still get my prescriptions filled here. Ed even personally delivered some for me once.

By far the best pharmacy I've ever been too. Ive been a customer for over 25 years and they are definitely a full service operation. A family run business that goes beyond and especially during the vaccine rollout. They have served their community by administering more doses than the large chains with the utmost professional and personal touch. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Parag is by far the best pharmacist I ever have come across, and I have seen many moving around southern Ontario and dealing with various medical issues. He is incredibly attentive, he knows his stuff through and through, he takes the time to truly get to know you and actually cares. I recently moved again and even though I am no longer close to Parag he has made it clear that I can email or call him whenever I need help or clarification around my meds.

Eversince I discovered New Era Pharmacy a few years ago, for me, absolutely the best pharmacy in Toronto! They also offer FREE DELIVERY within the area. Forget the big box pharmacies, you wont get A+ service better than New Era Pharmacy. Friendly and professional, what more can you ask for. BTW, they don't nickel and dime too!

It is hard to find a pharmacy that you can trust,some rip you off with filling fee, this pharmacy is quite reasonable and they do not say come back in hour like some. I hate waiting and I do not wait long at this pharmacy.

Woodgreen Pharmacy Unionville - Mena is a pharmacist at this location and I just want to say the customer service that he provides is AMAZING bar none!!~! He goes over and above what you would expect when it comes to servicing his customers. I have never experienced this level of service from any other pharmacist. In addition to this, he is very pleasant and an absolute delight to deal with. Obviously, I recommend him very highly!!
