My mom and I and my 2 boys went early on a Sat. night, I was very pleased with the service, the decor, the menu, we both got the roast beef and the shrimp appetizer, both were awesome, the shrimp were huge, the meat cooked to perfection to what we had asked for, yorkshire pudding, fresh vegetables cooked right, homemade mashed potatoes, the boys ate of the kids menu which I was surprised they even had as it looks fine dining when you walk in, the chicken fingers and fries were delicious. The waiters treated us very kindly and were very attentive, when they found out it was my birthday dinner they brought out cake and sang, when we were leaving the place was packed, perhaps an upscale crowd judging by the fancy cars in the parking lot, they also have a separate lounge and outdoor patio, both very nice and comfortable and a sign that said free h'ors doeurves from 4 - 6 during the week, I'm definitely going back and would highly recommend this restaurant. I come here all the time with my friends. One of my friends came up to me one day before lunch and said "Do you wanna go to Montreal Fries with me? I've never been, and I really wanna go." I said "Of course". So me, her, and another one of our friends go down there for lunch. They really liked it. Me and the owner, Wes, we're good friends, so we often chat about his business. I have been coming to this restaurant for almost 10 years now. I love Scrambles! My eyes are always perfect and so is my bacon, they have the best hash browns going. The prices are great and the staff is friendly. When I lived in Toronto I would drive here on Sundays just to east their specialty pancakes! Amazing! Pumpkin and strawberry rhubarb are my favorites! This place is packed on weekends, but I usually don't make it out for breakfast till noon anyways. I have and still will always revoked Scrambles to all. Lire plus
