Although the hearing aids were not purchased at this location, the staff did everything possible to have my mothers aids fixed. We had made numerous calls to the location where the aids had been bought , but no one called back to see what was wrong.

Excellent customer service! I have been wearing hearing aids for many years and have had many frustrating experiences. Visiting Hearing Aid Source was an extremely positive experience. Hi dear, I was suffering for a very long times from my nose deviation in left side. Almost all along winter my nose was blocked and it was harder to breath, espacially during night time and sleeping. By a chance I was referred to Dr Saad Ansari, soon he visited my setuation. He recomended a surgery on my nose is required in order to remove deviation and clear the issue. Hopefully he arranged Stouffville hospital. Now surgery is over and I am released by doctor. What I wanted to say, thank you

After going other places, took my mother-in-law here to get hearing checked. The service was excellent and the Audiologist here really knew her stuff. Treated comfortably and no heavy sales pressure. This is the way I expected to get treated and prices were very competitive for hearing aids.
