I was so grateful to have found this garage. I went there thinking I needed work on one thing...only to find out it was something different. They walked me through the problem with a flashlight and explained exactly what was damaged and promptly got me the price and did the work the same day as it was a dangerous thing to keep driving while broken. I love Canadian Tire and yes it can be a pain looking for a product but most stores operate this way. It is a self serve business model which has been in effect for years since I worked for one of their stores back in the 1970's.

Best experience I've had at an oil change place! I used to go to the Penzoil in Vernon for 3 years...for some reason it was always so expensive. Jiffy Lube showed me a 'new' fuel filter they put in which was used. SA & Westbank location will honestly tell me if I need something or I don't. Great price and great service! Never going back to a different oil change place. Now I always come here :)
