Honest and fair. The owner has fixed both my and my husbands cars since he opened several years ago. We have never been disappointed, and he gives us options when they are available. He has even helped us out as he was closing! Thank goodness it was a quick fix!

I visited Little's on Thursday, February 23rd, 2012 to have my brake pads replaced and a belt squeak checked out. The management and the mechanics were professional and friendly, the prices were very reasonable, and they were able to fix up the car very quickly and on short notice. The final amount was below what was quoted to me and the car is running great. Worth the drive out from Ottawa - I'll be back for sure. Definitely recommend!

I had both my front ball joints done, a wheel bearing fixed, brakes and had two new tires put on...Unbelievable job and the price was unbeatable. Now I know why my friend recommended this place to me. I'll never go anywhere else again. Once you've had auto repair work done at Beaver Auto you'll see why I took the time to write this review. (I didn't rate convenience at 5 stars because I live in Orleans and they are in the St. Laurent area, but it was well worth the 10-15 minute minute drive)

Je fais affaire avec Glen pour mon Honda Pilot depuis 3 ans et je n'ai que des bons commentaires. J'ai constaté qu'il a toujours été capable de diagnostiquer les soucis sur mon véhicule du 1er coup et ses prix ont toujours été soit le plus raisonnable ou très proche. Excellent service. First iced them @4years ago. I knew nothing about them. Without even asking for my credit card, they offered me a loaner car as repair would take several days.
On my return to them on Wednesday of this week, with a big scratch on my brand new Venue, excellent service. They sympathized with my self caused scratch and offered to drive home. The repair was done as scheduled and once again, they picked me up. It’s definitely a family business. They always made me feel safe.
