Great service, Great mechanics, No waiting time and car was fixed within one hour. I had a problem with my car for months and other mechanic shops were not able to find the problem and fix it.
I am very happy with the service, shop is clean, waiting area is clean and office looks nice.

Brian and his team are excellent in service and workmanship. I have been to several body shops in the past and JKPY tops them all! Very personable and good communication throughout the process. I have been going to JR Auto Care on and off for over 20 years at times when I have lived in Toronto. I have never found a more honest and thorough mechanic who frankly under charges compared to every other auto shop I have used. I feel so fortunate to know about his services. Took my car in for service. Other local shops quoted me ridiculous numbers and were trying to fix the wrong things. Vitali made the proper diagnostic and took care of my problem. Half of the things specified by other mechanics for repair didn't actually need it (or at least not yet). This shop is not fancy, but service is professional and price is fair. Would highly recommend.

One word: WOW. If I could give more stars, I would. I am very particular about who touches my car, and how they do their work (I keep a watchful eye over people). Needless to say I'm not very trusting of every mechanic or any person in the auto industry. Every single person who touched my car, did so with care. Derek and his team did an AMAZING job, and know what they're doing. They did an excellent job washing my car at the end. 10/10 I would recommend them. Honest and Professional Service!
