I experience at your shop. It's always nice to know you can depend on someone when dealing with a situation like I had to deal with. I appreciate your help and hard work in regard to my car repair. I also appreciate your company friendliness, quality, attitude and professionalism. The people who work there go out of their way for the customer, many times going beyond their duty in giving each customer the best in service. I am a widow and have been using Minit-Tune for years. I depend on them. Their prices are fair and they have always provided clear explanations about what my car needs to keep running reliably, and also explained what I don't need to worry about. Their prices are fair and the father and son who own this business are friendly and remember me, whether I am bringing the car in for an annual check up or emergency repairs. I highly recommend them.

Matt and Jag can be very helpful, they will usually try to cut you a deal if it is possible. I really enjoy going to a mechanic that I can trust and who explains things simply to me. I would highly recommend coming here if you feel your mechanic is scamming you. I have been scammed by mechanics who are also family friends. It is very hard to find a good place to take your car. OH YEAH Ocean Park also has a wonderful coffee machine if you have to wait around!

Simon was recommended to me by my brother who has used Simon numerous times before for a wide variety of work. I don't know a lot about cars and was hoping I wouldn't end up doing work that didn't need to be done. Simon was honest and thorough with his assessment of my car and completed the work that needed to be done quickly and at a fair price. I learned a bit more about my car and know I will take it back to Simon's for regular maintenance and any future issues. I would highly recommend him!

I am so impressed with the staff at Apel Auto! The first time I called, they had me come in right away and quickly repaired an item. Since then, they are where I go when I have a problem with my car, as well as for car maintenance. The staff is friendly and professional.
Most importantly, I can trust what their technicians say about my car. They remember my make and model when I call to make an appointment, and are accomodating. Plus, you get orchids when your car is finished servicing!

Highly recommend. Expert diagnosis. We came in thinking we needed a new transmission or atleast major work done to it because it was kicking very hard on the downshift 2-1 on our 2004 jaguar (6hp26 transmission). He roadtested our vehicle and said not to spend any money on it right now and it should be fine for another few years. He said spending money on changing fluid or any other service would not help, and it is from some internal wear.Extremely honest and didnt even charge or upsell.

Duane Auto Haus is one of the best for great service and costs I normally do not write reviews but felt compelled to share my experience. I called on a Monday to have my transmission oil changed on my 2015 Jetta Diesel with DSG transmission. Duane did on Tuesday for half the price VW wanted, plus an personalized customer service turning off my Inspection Now no extra costs. I highly recommend Duane for any of your auto service.

Hi everybody,
I want to share my experience with these people. I was interested in 2005 Honda Civic couple called the sales manager Tony and was told that the vehicle was being inspected. They took me to their mechanic Nikky and was given a full 150 point inspection report. Showed me the invoices as proof of the work done. They are bit firm on their prices. After all the work they have put into the vehicle, I didn't argue.
I recommend them.
