I had a dangerous tree leaning over my house and garage and was worried it might fall towards the house. Dead branches had already caused some serious damage after wind storms. When I called in my main concern was getting it down safely without damaging my house, garage, and pathways. Tyler walked me through the process of rigging and lowering manageable sections slowly down to the ground and to safety. They worked all day taking it down and away bit by bit. Great service! They dropped off a 20 tonne load of free wood chips. They followed the instructions exactly. Really appreciate that. They were polite, quick, did no damage and cleaned up before they left. The chips were decent quality. A little bit finely chipped. We have had more than a hundred tonnes of chips dropped off from many different companies. These guys are among the top 3. Good job. I found this company to be very unsatisfactory. When given quote was told he had taken pictures to send to his employees so they would know what to do: told he would be there when they start: told they would be here at 9 am; intimated everything would be ground up. Came at 10:10without him no pictures and ground up very little and may of logs over3 feet long. How do you split them?? Lire plus
