Lindon and his team were very professional, punctual and answered my questions with total transparency. If something couldn’t be done or installed in a certain way, Lindon would take the time to explain and show me why it couldn’t be done that way because of the way my older house is built.
Great company to work with. I will call on Air Flex Heating and Cooling company from now on for any heating and cooling issues.

Our Air Conditioner broke down on one of the hottest days of summer, and we called Canada Climate Services. They repaired our unit on the same day, and one of the owners followed up to ensure we were happy. It was a great customer service experiencere. I woke up in the middle of the night because my house was absolutly freezing!! I fiddled with the thermostat, by i couldnt get the furnace to kick over and turn on. after a long long night i called royal which i found randomly off the net, explained the situation and how i needed help asap. they come over quickly and diagnosed the issue free of charge. After they gave me the upfront price i agreed and they fixed the issue. Turned out to be an electrical issue - a mouse chewed up a wire - they showed me the culprit and his work. I had a good experiance with royal and would indeed recommend.
