I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service I received from OK Tire in Burlington. The tires are phenomenal, they were able to order my run-flats within one day and accommodate my appointment request, and charged a third of what I was quoted at my car dealership. This included balancing and they even deducted the money I paid the day prior to have my summer tires installed, which they indicated (as did the dealership)needed to be replaced. I have had an excellent experience.

My car was acting up and making all sorts of strange noises. I was treated great right from the start. I was given a free courtesy car and we got right back to our day. The follow up was amazing. I got pictures and a written estimate right on my phone. The repair was right on time and at the exact price that I agreed to to. And, they washed my car befor i got it back.
Thanks to Serena, and the entire team. I will be back.

Huge shoutout to the two young guys at the auto shop! My engine splash shield came loose on the highway and was dragging on the ground. Before I even had a chance to ask for help, they jumped right in and got it off quickly so I wouldn't miss my exam. They were incredibly respectful, professional, and genuinely kind. It's rare to come across young people with such a great work ethic and willingness to help others without hesitation. Thank you both for going above and beyond!

Sept 12/2022 I was having major exhaust leak in the front portion (flex pipe) of exhaust system on my Infiniti G35. I manage to pull the car in at 4:30 pm 30 min before closing. They took the car in; they knew the problem and had a solution and fix; 30 min later fixed and they installed stainless customized fittings; great job and the car is super quiet now with the superb repair. These people know what they are doing and I am a repeat customer to all my car exhaust needs.Highly Recommended!!
