My Ford 6.0L diesel truck was not starting well, and had a lack of power. After being told horror stories from friends about expensive diesel repairs, I was surprised how quickly the guys figured it out and found the problem was a failing injection computer module. They had a replacement in stock, and after installation it started much better right away and the power was back as it should be. This morning in the Michael's parking lot in Langley, I encountered a young woman and baby, crying in the car, trying to deal with keys that had been locked in the trunk. There was no way to get in. I walked over to the BCAA office nearby and asked for help, and they were VERY concerned and helpful. I used my BCAA card to call and the woman also reached someone who was coming to help but two BCAA women staffers came over to make sure everything was working out. FANTASTIC service IMO! Lire plus
