I've been shopping here since 2008 and have got to know some of the staff here. The service is excellent which is why I continue to shop here. I can't say enough good things about Wendy and Joyce. My one complaint is that Shaunda no longer works there ! Whoever takes her place has some very large shoes to fill !

I went to Millwoods Auto Inspection for a Salvage inspection. Not knowing what to expect I found Al very helpful and very easy to talk to. He answered all my questions and I ended up doing the inspection with him. Once the inspection was complete they took me into the shop to have a look at my car and go over the problems I had. It was 2 easy fixes and I got my certificate. Thanks for all your help.

I did a lot of research into winter tires, and as I have just moved to Spruce Grove I went into the Kal Tire store. I have been in the auto industry for 40 years and was amazed how well I was looked after. It was suggested that the winter tires on my Ford Edge would save me money and get great performance would be Sumitomo Ice Edge, Plus they gave me discounts I did not ask for. The Tires and the store were great I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you

Roland and Kate are knowledgeable about the brand, treat my vehicle as if it were their own, and their prices are reasonable. On top of all that, they're nice people to deal with. A company didn't honor their warranty on something I had purchased, and after a hell of a lot of back and forth by Chris, the manufacturer refusing to act, he and Mario chose to help me out through Cap-it. It was a situation that they could have blamed the company and slid out of it, but they didn't.
