My furnace went down at midnight, i called sunlight air system, they came over within 40 mins, i was so appreciated. They found the problem quickly and able to get the part in the next morning and fixed it.

I contacted DeMark for a furnace quote and from the very beginning their sales representative was extremely helpful and straightforward. From calling them initially on Friday morning, they managed to book our installation the very next day on Saturday morning. We told them we had no heat in our home due to our old furnace break down and they did all they could to book us in ASAP. Their technicians were punctual, professional and clean. I used their repair service for my a/c. I was able to book it quickly, got a clear straight forward price on the phone and the technician was experienced, knowledgeable and polite.
He followed up with the work, finding and supplying the part that our a/c needed the same day and finished the work the same day.
I had to call another company couple of years ago fir our furnace repair and I had a very difficult time with them because finding someone on the phone and talking to them was difficult

Lindon and his team were very professional, punctual and answered my questions with total transparency. If something couldn’t be done or installed in a certain way, Lindon would take the time to explain and show me why it couldn’t be done that way because of the way my older house is built.

We needed to replace our HRV and raise the HRV ductwork before the new ceiling in our basement could be installed. Peete and Ryan of Simcoe Muskoka Home Comfort in Orillia installed the HRV and did a great job raising the ductwork. They were very knowledgeable, personable and professional, and provided great info about how the HRV, furnace and furnace humidifier worked together. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company and will be using them only for future home heating and cooling work.
