    Annual Furnace Service / Cleaning: Trevor B

    All went smoothly from booking this appointment, to receiving my "pre-arrival" phone call & Trevor appearing within the hour. Trevor was curtious, put on his booties & went right to work. Once the service was completed Trevor reviewed the Furnace service details with me - everything A-OK! Trevor obviously enjoys his job & is a good ambassador for his employer.

    excellent work

    I have had my hot water heater replaced at least 5 times in the 35 years I have lived in my house and John F. was the first plumber to check my water pressure and advise me that is was very high and was probably the reason I had to replace so many heaters. He did a great job with the installation and also installed a water pressure regulator for us. He completed the job in less time than he thought it would take, completely cleaned up and even sprayed air freshener to remove the spell of the soldering he did. We are very happy with the work he did.

    Clearview Pluming got the job done Fast!!!

    I called Clearview Plumbing at 7:40 am and a pleasant voice answered, we discussed my problem & I was told they could have someone to my house by 9:30 am & that I would get a call to confirm 30 minutes ahead. I got a call at 9:00 am to confirm and Steve Z arrived 20 minutes later. My kitchen tap had broken and was leaking, the shut off valves were useless. Steve came in, took his shoes off layed down a blanket and inspected the problem, he then wrote up a quote with several option and explained everything and the cost for each. I chose to have the tap replaced, the valves replaced and have a yearly plumbing inspection. Steve was very polite, respectful and cleaned up everything and took the old tap away. He looked at my water heater and gave me some information regarding its replacement and had the entire job including some welding for the new valve shutoffs done and tested by 10:20 am. Contrary to other reviews I read earlier in the morning before I called Clearview, Steve did not try to sell me anything extra or try scare tatics or pressure me into buying any extra products or services. I had several questions about hot water tanks and duct cleaning and Steve answered them quickly and professionally. The service was quick, quiet, fast, painless and professional. I will see Clearview again when they do my plumbing inspection. Thanks Clearview! PS. My wife was even more impressed than I was! Brad H

    Backed-up drain

    We contacted Clearview Plumbing in the morning and by early afternoon Steve was at our home ready to take on the job of clearing a blocked drain. Steve gave me a break down of the steps he was going to take to tackle the problem and the cost associated with each step. He wanted to make sure I was aware of the cost associated the various levels needed to solve the problem. Steve not only cleared the blockage, he was personable, professional and did an awsome job cleaning-up. Thanks Steve for a great job clearing our drain.

    Broken Water Heater

    We discovered the problem at 5pm on Tuesday night. Chris was at our place by 8pm. Started the job then left the tank to drain overnight at my suggestion. Was back at 8am (as promised) and finished the job in 2 hours. Chris was very courteous and did a great job respecting our house in light of the very messy job. The cost was way more than I would have thought but we were a captive audience and needed our problem solved. And it was. Now 24 hours later and except for the soaked carpet all is well. Would have given excellent rating except for the price. Second time we have used Clearview, would use them again.
